Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, and delays are possible due to external factors. Tracking information is provided via email once the order is shipped.
Returns Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in unused, new condition with all original packaging and tags. To start a return, please contact us at graver.studioo@gmail.com. Refunds for approved returns are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that custom items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
